Di’MYOOR will accept, for return or exchange, unused products in their original packaging, unaltered and free of damages by the customer, or used products that came defective or caused a bad reaction to skin, along with a copy of the original sales receipt, within 7 days from the receipt of the original order.
Please note that items cannot be returned or exchanged after 7 days from the receipt of the original order.

Please note that in-store purchases can only be returned/exchanged to the corresponding stores.

ONLINE Purchases

If you would like to return/exchange any product bought online, please contact us at customersupport@dimyoor.com including the reasons for return/exchange, and we will forward you the shipment label. Once the returned item is received and inspected, a credit or a refund will be issued.
